This beautiful villa is suitable for up to 6 people
The living room features a modern open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartments, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, and kettle.
Also on the ground floor is a small second bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a separate toilet in an adjoining room. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed with separate mattresses. In one of the bedrooms, the two box spring beds can also be set up separately. The upstairs bathroom has a shower bath, 2 sinks, and a toilet.
The villa is situated on a spacious green plot of 500m² right behind the dunes, with a large south-facing sun terrace, garden furniture, additional terraces, and is located directly by a small canal. Ideal for a beautiful relaxing holiday on the coast.

Between the park and the sea, there are only the coastal road and dunes. For a fee, the park offers mini golf, trampoline, tennis. Bicycles can be rented in the park.

From the Ruhr area: Take the A3 motorway via Emmerich, which continues as the A12 towards Utrecht, A2 towards Amsterdam, A9 towards Alkmaar, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid, then head west towards the dunes.
From the north of Germany: via Groningen, Afsluitdijk, Den Oever, towards Den Helder, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid.
