In summer, the location is spectacular: in addition to the incredible panorama and the many hours of sunshine, the center of Laion is just a few minutes walk away. From there you can reach the nearby Val Gardena and all other destinations in beautiful South Tyrol with the public buses for free. Hiking trails start directly behind the house, for example to the Unterpulg Alm.
In winter the location is strategic, because you can reach the ski lifts of Dolomiti Superski in about 15 minutes by public bus.
