The apartment is nicely appointed with numerous home comforts and thoughtfully equipped to meet self-catering needs. With a smaller layout the accommodation comprises of a spacious living room including large TV, separate and well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a sizeable bedroom with double bed and bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. A choice of additional beds can be made available with either a guest bed in the bedroom or a double sofa bed in the living area.

In the event of a full cancellation where no solution can be found, the following charges apply:
A Cancellation made up to 8 weeks before the arrival date - 50% of the total apartment cost (deposit only).
A Cancellation made between 4 and 8 weeks before the arrival date - 75% of the total apartment cost.
A Cancellation made less than 4 weeks before the arrival date - 100% of the total apartment cost.
For security in the event of a cancellation we recommend that guests take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance and can recommend the Europäsiche Reisevesicherung.
