This residential complex is a few steps away from Palau centre town, was developed in the early eighties entirely at the back of the beach and all the units recall the typical Genovese style.

Inside the Residence of Porto Faro, bright two-room apartment on two levels overlooking the wonderful beach of Porto Faro. The apartment, modern and functional, consists of a living room with sofa bed and a separate kitchen with window. Upstairs we find the bathroom and the large double bedroom characterized by spacious built-in wardrobes. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The apartment has been completely renovated recently. Condominium parking space with remote controlled access.
To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €1,50 for each meter click, extra for use of air conditioning in cash;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.

- From 29 days to the arrival date (or no-show) 100% of the rental amount. *
