You can bring your own boat (or rent one) and enjoy a beautiful tour over the Fluessenmeer or the Morra. You have, less than 100 meters away from the house, your own private dock for your boat at the park.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen (equipped with new and modern appliances) and a bay window with French doors. Of course, there is also a spacious hall with a toilet and a laundry room on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. Via a fixed staircase, you can reach a third bedroom (in the attic) on the second floor. The house is surrounded by a large lawn and play area. On the sunny side of the house, there is a large terrace with patio furniture. The house also comes with a private mooring spot, about 25 meters away, for your own boat or for the boat you rent.

Within a few kilometers, you'll find the IJsselmeer with its beautiful beaches, perfect for some excellent surfing. The surrounding area offers charming towns to visit such as Lemmer, Stavoren, Hindeloopen, Workum, or Sneek. In the Gaasterland forest, you can enjoy splendid hikes or delightful bike rides. On the Fluessenmeer or the Morra, you can take a boat tour and discover Friesland from the water. Taking the ferry across the IJsselmeer from Stavoren to Enkhuizen is a fun activity for the whole family. Additionally, there are several interesting museums and playgrounds for children in the vicinity.
In the village of Koudum, you'll find shops and have the opportunity to rent bicycles or boats. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the holiday apartment. This vacation rental is truly a great address for a wonderful holiday.
