The house features a spacious living room with an open kitchen (excellent view over the water). Entry with toilet and door to the garage (not for use). On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed (box spring) and its own open bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds (box spring) each. There is also a second bathroom/toilet here. Behind the house, there's a beautiful garden + terrace right on the water (you can fish here with the children in your own garden). There is a jetty where you can moor your boat.
A few kilometers away from the holiday home, you will find the IJsselmeer with some beautiful beaches where you can enjoy great surfing. In the surrounding area, you can visit places like Lemmer, Stavoren, Hindeloopen, Workum, or Sneek. In the forests of Gaasterland, you can go for lovely walks or enjoy scenic bike rides. On the Fluessenmeer or on the Morra, you can take a boat tour and discover Friesland from the water. Taking the ferry across the IJsselmeer from Stavoren to Enkhuizen is fun for the whole family. There are also several interesting museums and playgrounds for children in the vicinity.
In the village of Koudum, you will find shops and have the opportunity to rent bicycles or boats. Pets and smoking are not allowed in this luxury waterfront holiday home. This apartment is a truly good address in Friesland for a delightful vacation.
