Upon entering this property, one is immediately overwhelmed by the view. The panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside of Alt Empordà with the surrounding Pyrenees is a dream.
The upper living level includes a living-dining room with air conditioning and direct access to the outdoor terrace, as well as an open kitchen, guest toilet, and a double bedroom (box spring bed) with air conditioning.

The holiday home is located in the Puig Rom urbanization of Roses. In addition to sun, beach, and sea, there is also much for outdoor enthusiasts to discover. The house is close to the Cap de Creus nature reserve and can be reached within a few minutes on foot, as well as marked hiking trails (e.g. to the dolmens).
Airport: Girona Airport is 50 minutes away from the holiday home via the motorway. Car rentals available on site!
Car: From Germany, take the motorway all the way to the Roses exit (Sortida Nr.3), from there it's about 25 minutes to the Puig Rom urbanization. Motorways in France have tolls!
