Son Perxa is perfectly nestled between Sant Joan and Petra. The property is situated in a tranquil area and is decorated in traditional Majorcan style, yet equipped with all modern conveniences. It features two living rooms, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. The spacious living room is fitted with air conditioning and a fireplace, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi, of course. The separate kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need. The dining room offers ample space for group meals. A second living room is located on the first floor, alongside three additional bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning, and there is Wi-Fi throughout the house, as well as a safe. The private pool is right by the house and includes a children's pool. Son Perxa is located between Sant Joan and Petra on the country road. The finca is situated on a property with a total of 5 other houses, which, although in the immediate vicinity, still offer you complete privacy. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars can be found directly in Petra, about a 5-minute drive away. The nearest beaches are about a 20-minute drive away. The center of the island is known for its small, agriculture-dominated villages, as well as an excellent wine culture with numerous vineyards.

§ 4 Cancellation and Early Termination
If the tenant cancels the contract before the rental period begins, without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, and if re-renting is not possible, the deposit will be retained and the following pro-rata rents shall be paid as compensation:
Cancellation:
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- in case of no-show without cancellation: 100% of the rental price
The landlord will attempt to re-rent the property.
The tenant can at any time prove that the landlord's loss is less.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the date on which the landlord receives the notice.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the rental period, a processing fee of 100 € is due in any case, which will be offset against the deposit if applicable.
It is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
