The beautiful and newly built natural stone finca, Finca Rústica Sa Pleta, is located near Manacor in the center of the island. The finca is divided into two units; the main house and an annex (apartment which has been built to be accessible for the disabled), perfect for several families e.g., who would like to have their privacy.
This is completely achievable in this fully renovated house since each unit has its own kitchen and living room. In total, the finca has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. In the main house, there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, three of which are en suite. The fourth bathroom is on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms are spacious and cozy double rooms, and there is also a bedroom with two separate single beds. The bathrooms are all very modern and large, with a total of 4 showers and one large bathtub. In the annex (apartment), there are two more bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Both living rooms are very cozy and bright with a fireplace, and invite you to linger together. The modern kitchens are fully equipped, both have a dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, two washing machines... everything you need.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, unfortunately not in the living rooms, yet the house is quite cool. You have Wi-Fi available throughout the finca.
Outside, you will find a large private pool measuring 5.5m x 12m, a large lawn with sun loungers and cozy seating areas, as well as a ping-pong table and, of course, a mobile grill, where you can enjoy the summer evenings in Mallorca. The prices are for a maximum of 12 people, these can vary depending on the number of people, please just ask us for the exact prices and additional photos! It is also possible to book only the large or the small apartment, please inquire with us! In April 2018, the house is only available for rent for a maximum of 8 people, please inquire about prices.

The rustic estate Sa Pleta is located near the Manacor - Son Carrió road. However, it is very quiet on the estate. The second largest city of Mallorca, Manacor, is 5 km away. There you will find everything you need such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, cinema, tennis courts, great shopping opportunities,... The nearest beaches are about 12 km away, such as Cala Mendia, Cala Magrana, Porto Cristo, S'Illot, the most beautiful beaches on the east side of the island.

§ 4 Cancellation and Interruption of Stay
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions and if re-renting is not possible, the deposit will be retained and the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation:
Cancellation:
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 55% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 75% of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- in case of no-show without cancellation: 100% of the rental price
The landlord will make an effort to re-rent the property.
The tenant can prove at any time that the landlord has suffered less damage.
If the tenant interrupts the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the rental, a processing fee of 100 € will be charged in any case, which will be offset against the deposit if applicable.
It is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
