There is a parking space directly at the property. The location at the end of our private road, just a short distance from the center of Bad Mitterndorf, forms the basis for a relaxing holiday.
Of course, shops and shopping facilities are also within a few minutes' walk.

The center of Bad Mitterndorf is just a few minutes' walk away. The ski area "Die Tauplitz" as well as the cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Aldiana Grimmingtherme and the Kulm ski flying hill can be reached by car in a few minutes. There are numerous natural swimming pools in the area, as well as the Alpenbad with a sports pool and children's slide. The surrounding mountains invite you to go hiking. There are numerous mountain bike trails and walking paths.
From the West:
via Bad Ischl - Bad Goisern - over the Pötschen Pass - Altaussee - Bad Aussee - Pichl - Kainisch - Obersdorf - then turn left at the AVANTI gas station, again left towards Bad Mitterndorf center (Billa Markt)

From the East:
Drive towards Liezen or Schladming, at the Trautenfels junction (Shell gas station) turn towards Tauplitz - Krungl - Bad Mitterndorf.
Follow the bypass road B145 to the end of Bad Mitterndorf. At the last intersection (Billa Markt), turn right and then immediately left.
