Superior villa with 1 bedroom near the beach from 2 to 4 people with an area of about 40 sqm.
The air-conditioned Superior Villa consists of :
-A living room with pull-out sofa bed (2 beds 80 x 190 cm).
-A bedroom with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed
-A bathroom with shower
-A separate WC
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster, combi fridge, ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, microwave).
- A terrace or garden.
It is also equipped with a barbecue or a plancha, an LCD TV, a hoover, an iron and ironing board, a safe, garden furniture and a free Wi-Fi connection.
Location: Our superior villa "proche plage" is about 750 metres from the heated pool of the residence and about 150 metres from the beach.

Cancellation fees
The deposit will be refunded up to and including 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will incur the following charges:
-30% of the total amount for the stay from day 29 up to and including 8 days before arrival.
-100% of the total amount from 7 days before arrival up to and including the day of arrival.
