It goes without saying that our friendly manager will personally welcome you and have a welcome gift ready for you. We place above-average value on cleanliness and hygiene in the house and on the terrace. The swimming pool and whirlpool (skin-friendly) are regularly cleaned. A private car parking space is available. The house is not! located on a street.

The cancellation fees are up to 90 days before arrival €400, from 90 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the rental price, and thereafter 100% of the rental price. Any cancellation fees are due immediately in full upon receipt of the written cancellation notice.
However, if there is an absolute ban on entry or flights due to a pandemic, these cancellation conditions do not apply. In this case, no costs will be incurred.

My wife and I had long been searching for a secluded property in Playa Blanca (which boasts the most sunshine hours), not far from the sea, beach promenade, and marina. We wanted an absolutely quiet location, and the sea view was important to us. For the bungalow, we wanted to take individual preferences into account. The design should be modern, very individual, as well as comfortable and cozy. Outside, we desired a heated pool and a whirlpool based on natural principles.
