On the first floor of the house are: a spacious double room with access to the balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea, a bathroom with shower and massage tub, a smaller room with a bed for one person and a triple room with its own bathroom with shower/WC.

Casa Clara is a beautiful holiday home in a rural style, built in 2015, located in the town of Kastelir, just 8 km from the sea and 350 m from the town center. Near the house, there is a shop, restaurant, pizzeria, an ATM, and other amenities.

The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Please check in here. Upon presentation of your voucher, you will be picked up by the owner of your holiday accommodation or guided to your apartment by a pilot.

If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date on which the cancellation notice is received is considered the date of cancellation (in case of Sundays or public holidays, the following business day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
