Cancellation policy
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the apartment. We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the 30% deposit is not paid within 7 days of booking. For bookings of eight weeks or less of arrival date, full payment
is required.
If payment is not received we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation.
For cancellation within 8 weeks of departure the client remains liable for the following charges: 42 - 55 days: 60%.29 - 41 days: 70%. 22 - 28 days: 90%. 0 - 21 days: 100%. Cancellation notification is required in writing by post or by e-mail.

The location of the Villa Blanca is perfect, within a 5 minute walk to all of the Ports amenities but far away enough for a peaceful family holiday. Take a stroll down to the Port ( early ) for the catch of the day!! Explore the local shops and eateries and take a look at the beautiful Church. Villa Blanca is also situated to the local bus stop for trips into Palma, for any Golf lovers, a course is not too far away!!

A lovely, comfortable, modern villa. Decorated in a neutral, modern farmhouse style. Super location allowing an easy stroll into Port Andratx. Would definitely rent again.
