This house is situated right below the dike of Huisduinen. The 'Zeedijk' apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, which consists of multiple apartments. From the house, you can walk directly over the dike and have your feet in the sea. The sandy beach of Huisduinen starts about 100 meters from the apartment, where there are also dining facilities. Supermarkets, the entertainment center Willemsoord, and the center of Den Helder can be reached by bike or car in 10 to 15 minutes.
In Den Helder, there are many attractions including the Lifeboat Museum, Marine Museum, children's play paradise, and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium.
Both Den Helder and the ferry to Texel are easily accessible from Julianadorp via hiking and biking trails through the dunes.
