Holiday destination
Soiano del Lago, an enchanting town near Lake Garda on the Brescia side, takes its name from "Solis ianua" (literally “Gateway of the Sun”) which is enough to define the characteristics of this small village in Valtenesi, rich in vineyards and olive trees surrounded the green of the hills. In Soiano del Lago, the Castle dating back to the 10th century is definitely worth a visit, as it is also the site of events during the summer. To visit nearby, there is Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and Castle of Padenghe.
For guests who prefer a relaxing trip, it is possible to reach Salò and take a boat to visit the lake while sailing.
The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers quiet places surrounded by the typical olive trees of the Valtenesi area, on Lake Garda, where tourists can take part to tastings and stop at local restaurants to taste the typical "spiedo bresciano" (meat and potatoes slowly cooked on a revolving spit).
The apartment is located 10 km from the Desenzano railway station and about 45 km from Verona airport.

Die Räume waren angemessen groß und komfortabel. Der Pool wurde 2x die Woche gereinigt. Die Agentur bot eine erneute Reinigung des Appartements an.Das Appartement war sehr dreckig, der Toilettensitz kaputt. Wir reparierten ihn selber, um die Toilette nutzen zu können. Das Abholen der Schlüssel war sehr umständlich und so auch nicht bei Abschluss der Reservierung beschrieben: über eine halbe Stunde von der eigentlichen Unterkunft entfernt. Nach mehrmaligem Bitten (da unser Auto kaputt war), durften wir den Schlüssel auf dem Tisch im Appartement liegen lassen und konnten direkt abreisen.

Prijs/,kwaliteit dik OK!Zeer goed gerenoveerd appartement met voldoende ruimte en ',n goede infrastructuur met veel luxe.Het appartement was NIET GOED GEPOETST bij aankomst. De koelkast deed het niet goed. Koelde erg traag. Elektrisch was er ook ',n probleem: koken met inductie kookplaten terwijl de airconditioning en de vaatwasser aan stonden, was moeilijk. De matras van het tweepersoonsbed was slecht. Maar alle andere zaken waren prima hoor.
