Outside we can cool down in the beautiful salt 8 x 5 metres pool with a depth from 1.10 to 1.80 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with sunbeds to sunbathe and gardened areas whose green colour contrast with the blue sky. You can go to the cosy porch full of plants and flowers to have lunch or dinner outdoors. From there we get to the main entrance. The plot is fenced, there are neighbours around and privacy is total.
The 142 m2 2 storey house developes a comfortable and rustic style.On the ground floor we get to a cosy living room where you can watch the TV Sat on the comfortable chaise longue and warm up by the fireplace in the coldest days. It communicates with the gas kitchen through an arch. It has a dining table and it is fully equipped. There is also a toilet with a basin and WC on this floor.
On the higher level we find the bedrooms, two with a double bed, and the last one with a single bed. Besides, a cot and a highchair are available if you are travelling with a baby. There is a bathroom with a bathtub for the whole house. You can find a 3rd bathroom with a shower at the outside by the barbecue. The house has central heating and a laundry: washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Pets are not allowed since at the property there are a dog, a cat and hens.
The holding of events is forbidden.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55eur/night and guest during the low season and 2.2eur/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

This property is in Algaida, a village in the Pla of Mallorca, but at the same time close to Palma. In the town you will enjoy a wide gastronomic offer and the basic services. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
