This beautiful poolside villa is a countryside villa situated in the southwestern part of Istria, surrounded by lovely nature and appears to be a dream house from a fairytale. It is built in the lovely, traditional Istrian style. The stone house on the outside is decorated with wooden details, a terrace covered with flowers and a swimming pool to top the entire ambience. If you are looking for peaceful surroundings, yet close to the coast and all the popular destinations in Istria, you have found your dream place. The interior of the villa is decorated in the traditional style as well, using high-quality materials and furniture to make your stay as relaxing as possible. If you are traveling with children, you will be thrilled with the large garden and the children’s playground with plenty of shade for an all-day play outside. The house can accommodate a total of 8 guests on its 190 sqm but is ideal for a group of six with its three bedrooms. One of our favorite features is definitely the private garden where ecological vegetables are grown. Of course, they are here for you to use them and make your favorite meal.

The town of Bale itself is quite amazing. Its old, narrow, stone-paved streets give it an irresistible atmosphere, and the palaces create a unique ambience for a very popular jazz festival held traditionally every year during July and August. The area around the town has plenty of biking trails and outdoor sport activities, so if you are looking for an active vacation, this is your place. The beach is only 4 kilometers away from the villa, and you will find that the area of Rovinj has truly amazing beaches. The town of Rovinj itself, one of the most popular destinations in Croatia, is only 17 kilometers away and is waiting to bewitch you.
Bale is a beautiful stone town known as “the best kept secret in Croatia”. This historical town existed as a fortress before the Romans and is one of the most important cultural and gastronomy centers in Istria. The town counts around 1100 permanent residents and conserves its heritage perfectly.

In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.
