On the ground floor, we find a large and bright living room with a dining area that overlooks the loggia equipped for eating and relaxing outdoors and equipped with a wood-burning oven. The well-equipped kitchen has a direct exit to the outside, then we find a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
Currently air conditioning is in the room on the ground floor, it will be available in all rooms by 2025.
The property is completely fenced, you can relax on the sofas and enjoy the view, or for the more active, play ping pong. At the back of the house, there is a beautiful shady pergola of climbing vines, a quiet corner surrounded by greenery.
