Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from this contract at any time before the start of the rental period. Withdrawal must be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, whereby a registered letter/return receipt or e-mail shall suffice to comply with the written form requirement. The declaration of withdrawal shall take effect on the day on which it is received by contacto-mallorca. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the tenant undertakes to pay the following cancellation costs: - In the event of withdrawal up to 42 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant shall pay 0% of the agreed rental price. - In the event of withdrawal from the 41st to the 29th day before the start of the rental period, the tenant shall pay 15% of the agreed rental price. - In the event of withdrawal from the 28th day before the start of the rental period, the tenant shall pay 95% of the agreed rental price. In the event of a no-show, the tenant pays 100% of the rental price.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns im Casa Cactus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet im Garten diverse lauschige Plätze, wo man sitzen kann. Was man wissen muss: es gibt zwar Ventilatoren, aber keine AC und so können Nächte im Hochsommer durchaus herausfordernd sein Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig und zum Eroski dauert es mit dem Auto auch nur 5 Minuten. Was in Muro etwas fehlt, sind nette kleine Restaurants. Der Ort ist niedlich, aber etwas tot.

Wunderschönes, ruhiges Haus mitten im Dorf Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zu viert in der Casa Cactus. Das alte Dorfhaus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail traumhaft schön eingerichtet. Der Mini Pool im hinteren Teil des Gartens reicht perfekt zum Abkühlen und Planschen (zum Schwimmen zu klein). Supermarkt, Bäcker, Gemüseladen, Apotheke fußläufig erreichbar. Muro ist absolut nicht touristisch, man spürt das authentische Leben auf der Insel. Für Restaurants, Sightseeing, Strand etc fährt man in andere Orte, mit dem Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Buchung und Beratung durch Frau Prager in Deutschland sehr nett und professionell, die Besitzer vor Ort ebenfalls sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Das einzige das fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage.
