This traditional cottage is situated in Seggiano and is excellent for spending a holiday in Italy. Ideal for a family, there is 1 bedroom and can accommodate 3 guests. This stay has a private terrace and private furnished garden for you to enjoy the lovely afternoon sun.

The town centre is only 5 km from the stay, perfect for wandering through the streets in the evenings. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are 3 km from the cottage. Forest is only 100 m away if you would like to explore the nature. Only 2 km away from the Baita del Pr'azzolo, in the locality of Pescia is a new facility, a lake for sport fishing with refreshments, so lovers of fishing may rejoice!

An open kitchen with oven and a refrigerator is in place for you to use and prepare meals of your choice. Parking is also available for the guests. This cottage also offers satellite TV and fireplace for your comfortable stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed to stay on the property.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr liebevoll Eingerichtet und der Empfang durch die Vermieterin sehr Herzlich. Allerdings war es trotz Navi schwer zu finden. Der Ort war nicht das Problem ,aber der Weg zum Haus .Der Angesagte Weg war nur mit einem Traktor oder Geländewagen Passierbar .Also erstmal zu Fuß los und Versucht Jemanden nach dem Weg zu Fragen ,nicht so Einfach in der Abgeschiedenen Lage .Nach Zirka 20 Minuten konnten wir dann Jemanden finden und uns mit Händen und Füssen Verständigen ,wo denn das Haus ist . Der sehr nette Mann Zeigte uns dann die Richtung und auch das es einen Weg gibt der mit dem Auto befahren werden kann . An dem andern Weg gab es auch von der Straße ein Winzigen Hinweis zum Haus .Für die nächsten Gäste als Hinweis , es stehen Glas und Abfallbehälter an der Einfahrt ,dann dem Weg immer folgen und nach einer scharfen Linkskurve das Zweite Haus .Das Haus ist nicht für Personen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet. Man muss immer Treppen steigen ,und auch die Schlafmöglichkeit für die Dritte Person ( ausklappbarer Sessel ) nicht wirklich zum Schlafen geeignet .Das Haus Liegt gut 15 Km von Seggiano entfernt in den Bergen auf fast 900 m höhe ,die Umgebung ist wie im Deutschen Mittelgebirge .Natürlich findet man wenn man die unzähligen Serpentinen hoch oder runter fährt , die Toskana wie man sie von Bildern kennt
Nichts desto Trotz hatten wir einen Phantastischen Urlaub . Vielleicht hilft es den anderen Gästen bei der Entscheidung .Wer was Sehen möchte muss halt ständig hoch und runter. Und wer nur Ausspannen und seine Ruhe haben will der ist hier Goldrichtig .

Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten und wunderschöner Lage inmitten von Obstbäumen. Super leise. Alles was ich brauchte war da. Es ist nicht groß, aber für maximal 2 Personen ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das wunderschöne Val d'Orcia.

Das Haus liegt in einer abgelegenen Gegend, so abgelegen, dass die Fahrt über hügelige und langsame kleine Straßen von der Autobahn aus mindestens 70 bis 90 Minuten dauert. Pescina ist auch schwer zu finden!
Als wir dort ankamen (nachdem der Besitzer kam und uns in der nahegelegenen Pizzeria abholte), ist der Ort spektakulär.
Das Haus ist winzig und ziemlich voll mit viel Zeug, aber mit Platz zum Sitzen und Kochen, Waschen und Schlafen.
Es ist von einem ziemlich großen hügeligen Grundstück umgeben und jede Seite des Hauses hat eine eigene Terrasse/Sitzecke die meiste Sonne und den Schatten. Es gibt sogar ein Außenbecken und einen Grill!
Der Ort ist sehr, sehr ruhig. Kein Laut und erstaunlicher Sternenhimmel.
Wir haben das Beste aus all dem Platz draußen, der Sonne und der Ruhe gemacht.
Die örtliche Pizzeria/Restaurant (da Lucca) in der Nähe ist sehr schön und praktisch. Allerdings darf man nachts nicht auf der Straße laufen!

Der Nachteil ist, dass das Haus recht rustikal ist. Das Badezimmer ist fast unterdurchschnittlich. Es gibt nicht viel heißes Wasser (eine kleine Dusche auf einmal), die Plastikmatte darunter war nicht sauber und nach dem Duschen wird alles nass.
Die Küche funktioniert gut, aber es gibt nicht viel Platz zum Kochen (und Waschen).
Das Haus hätte vielleicht sauberer sein können (Abfluss in der Küche)
Es gibt kein WLAN (OK!), aber die Verbindung zum Netzwerk ist unregelmäßig. Es sollte nicht viel sein, aber es ist ein bisschen konfrontierend.
WIR hatten nicht erwartet, dass die Gegend so abgelegen ist, was jeden Umzug an andere Orte wie eine Expedition macht. 5 km dauern 15-20 Minuten. Siena ist 90 Minuten entfernt! Wir waren nicht vorbereitet! unsere Schuld!
Die Wanderungen selbst sind nicht ganz einfach, da es ziemlich bergauf und bergab geht.

Seien Sie insgesamt bereit für einen sehr abgelegenen und ruhigen/rustikalen Ort!
