Trotz Überweisung des Geldes (3 Nächte im Voraus bezahlt) mussten wir das Haus nach der ersten Nacht verlassen. Die Realität des Hauses entspricht nicht dem schönen Bild, das auf den Fotos dargestellt wird, und der Beschreibung eines „eleganten Hauses“. Wir haben einen unzumutbaren Schmutz- und Hygienezustand festgestellt (Staub, Haare im Badezimmer, Zigarettenkippen, Spinnlaken, künstliche Gerüche). Darüber hinaus gehört der schöne Teil des Gartens, der auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, nicht zum Raum des gemieteten Hauses, sondern zu dem des Eigentümers, der darüber wohnt und der sorgfältig darauf geachtet hat, dass es sich um einen privaten Teil handelt. Als ob das nicht genug wäre, zeigte der Besitzer nicht nur keinen Unmut, sondern drohte uns auch mit einer Klage!
