In the heart of the Condroz, the Domaine sur les Sarts is an 18th century castle-farm, listed as a Monumental Heritage of Belgium, converted into several luxury lodges and suites. The ideal place to come and discover the region while enjoying a high level of comfort. A real corner of paradise to offer visitors an unforgettable experience in the heart of nature. You will immediately be seduced by the authentic character of the building, which retains its old-world charm and has beautiful living rooms where it is good to get together as a couple, with family or friends. The one hectare garden allows you to enjoy a biological swimming pond (unheated) with several terraces and a common barbecue.

The various luxury lodgings and suites offer several accommodation capacities ranging from 2 to 6 people.

Installed in the stables of the castle-farm, the restaurant "La P'tite Auberge" offers a bistronomic cuisine full of relief and sincere, highlighting many local producers.

Domaine Sur Les Sarts is 34 km from Durbuy. It is also a 45-minute drive from the caves of Han-sur-Lesse and 40.2 km from Dinant. The center of Namur is also a 30-minute drive away. Finally, on-site parking is free.

Die Domäne liegt wunderschön im Condroz mit herrlicher Aussicht. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wie auf der Website beschrieben. Die Möbel, Wände und der Gasherd bedürfen einer Auffrischung/Erneuerung. Wir bedauern, dass die Kommunikation zwischen Belvilla und Domaine Sur les Sarts nicht gut geklappt hat. Die Website der Domain zeigt schöne Einrichtungen wie ein Restaurant, ein beheiztes Schwimmbad und Wellness. Die Realität sah für uns etwas anders aus, das Schwimmbad war für uns nicht mehr zugänglich (nur für die Unterkunft mit 18 Personen, falsche Angaben auf der Belvilla-Website), das Restaurant war geschlossen und das trotz der Möglichkeit zum Mitnehmen oder Essen Terrasse wäre bei den aktuellen Covid-Maßnahmen sicherlich möglich gewesen, der Wellnessbereich war noch nicht fertig/geöffnet.... Stattdessen wurde uns ein wunderschöner Schwimmteich angeboten, der noch im Bau war, nicht beheizt (18°C) und voller Mücken. Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass es ein wirklich schöner Ort sein wird, an dem man Urlaub machen und genießen kann, wenn das gesamte Anwesen fertig ist und alle Einrichtungen fertiggestellt sind. Was unseren Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht hat, war der Abschluss unserer Woche mit einem wunderschönen sonnigen Wochenende und dem sehr leckeren Frühstück, das wir extra gebucht hatten, das wirklich bis ins letzte Detail gepflegt und jeden Morgen mit einem Lächeln serviert wurde!

Im Allgemeinen können wir nach dieser Erfahrung sagen, dass Belvilla nicht den Service geboten hat, den wir erwartet hatten, und wir empfehlen, diesen Aufenthalt besser direkt bei Domaine Sur les Sarts zu buchen. Wir haben versucht, die oben genannten Punkte mit Belvilla zu besprechen, und wir haben stundenlang erfolglos versucht, sie zu erreichen.
