Modern and comfortable holiday apartment with wheelchair access on the ground floor with a view of the Baltic Sea and the cozy marina. The apartment has an open sleeping area with double bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen-living area with dining area and exit to the terrace. Please note that there is no door or curtain for the bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed with two beds. There is a TV with Blu-ray player and stereo with CD player as well as a bioethanol fireplace for coziness. The surroundings invite for walks in the harbor area and beach trips to the lovely sandy beach, which is in immediate connection with the harbor area. On the nearby isthmus, Bottsand, there is also a magnificent sandy beach. Here you can choose between textile beach and nudist beach. If you want to watch the world's biggest sailing event, Kieler Woche, which usually takes place the last whole week in June, you have the perfect starting point here. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
