INTERIOR
The house spans two floors.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a small dining-living room, and a small living room (pass-through room) with a sofa bed for one person and a kitchen. The dining room has a table for 8 people, from which you can directly access the kitchen or the garden. Dining room with pool view.
The first floor is accessible (only) via an external staircase and features a small dining room, a large living room with TV, armchairs, and a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and another small fully equipped kitchen (available on request – final cleaning fee increases by €50.00)
OUTSIDE
The swimming pool is located directly in front of the house, and next to it, there's a paved area with a 3x4 meter pavilion and a table for outdoor dining. This outdoor dining area is very close to the entrance and the kitchen on the ground floor. Around the pool, there are 4 umbrellas with 8 sun loungers and a pavilion with tables and chairs. The parking area is sufficient for 6 cars.
