The modernly furnished flat is part of a very well-kept, small apartment complex in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. The holiday flat "Apartamento Tierra" is located on the ground floor and has two sunny terraces.
The flat is entered through an open, fully equipped kitchen. From there you enter the hallway with large built-in cupboards, which in turn leads to all other rooms of the flat.
To the left is the light-flooded and pleasantly furnished living-dining room with a room-wide sliding window front, through which one has access to the east-facing terrace. The terrace is furnished with comfortable furniture and invites you to enjoy a sunny breakfast in the private garden of the complex. The living room has a sofa bed, which offers a full sleeping possibility for another adult, as well as a TV cabinet, satellite TV and a dining area.
Directly adjacent to the living room is the kitchen. It is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob with extractor bonnet, an oven, a fridge-freezer and a Nescafé coffee machine. A cosy cooking evening will lack nothing here.
The bright bathroom with WC and shower is also equipped with a washing machine and a washstand.
The tastefully decorated bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180x200 and large built-in wardrobe. With its second terrace adjoining the flat in a westerly direction, this is the ideal place to enjoy the sun until late in the evening.

Die Apartmentanlage liegt unterhalb des Taoro-Parks und somit inmitten von Puerto de la Cruz. Für Erledigungen des täglichen Bedarfs ist kein Auto notwendig, da die Stadtmitte mit Ihren Supermärkten, Restaurants, Ärztehäusern etc. in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ist. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es zu Fuss etwa 10 Minuten. Trotz zentraler Lage liegt das Grundstück eingebettet im Grünen in einer absoluten Ruhe-Zone, so dass man der Meinung sein könnte, fernab der Stadt zu wohnen. Parkplätze sind vor der Unterkunft vorhanden.
