Beautiful apartment in the center of Alkmaar. The building has been completely renovated and now has 3 apartments that we rent out. It is one of the oldest buildings in Alkmaar and used to be a venue for music where, among others, Rudi Carrel sometimes performed many shows. The new apartments were formerly dressing rooms for the artists. The apartments are on the third floor and are not affected by outside noise. The building is equipped with an elevator and is wheelchair accessible. Therefore, the apartments are completely new and very nicely furnished.
Apartment Hotspot81 is, as mentioned, very nicely furnished. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed. A new bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is about 48m2 in size and has many windows with a beautiful view of the canals and the cozy streets. Because the ceilings are high, the apartment feels spacious. On the ground floor, there is a nice and new restaurant where you can also enjoy a lovely breakfast. In short, a fantastic place to spend a holiday and explore the city. Very close by are the dunes, the beach, and the sea. You can easily rent bicycles and reach the beach within 40 minutes!

We have 3 identical apartments like the one advertised. Hello! We are Marcel and Linda from Alkmaar. We also live in the city center of Alkmaar and love the city with its canals and cozy streets. There are many restaurants and bars and cozy terraces. We have been renting apartments to tourists for 7 years. We recently started renting out three new apartments. The apartments are on the third floor. On the ground floor, there is one of the best restaurants in Alkmaar, Restaurant Mooij. We hope to welcome you soon in one of our apartments to discover Alkmaar!
