Description

This pretty villa stands in a tiny rural village, was once a rural farmhouse, now renovated and furnished with a modern and fancy style. There is a private swimming pool, open from May till September, where you can enjoy a refreshing dive with your dear ones. The private garden ensures you can enjoy barbeque nights amid mirth and laughter. Notably, this is a 100sq.m. farmhouse developed on two floors, both linked internally.

The city centre is only 1 km away, while restaurants will greet you at 3 km. Get in a car and check out the amazing Lake Trasimeno Regional Park in Italy, only 22 km away. Abundant plant species await you at the Riserva Naturale Lucciola Bella nearly 40 km away. Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten, Einrichtung und Luxus ist enttäuschend.
Sehr schlechte Betten, dünne, nicht zusammenpassende Matratzen auf den Betten, die mit Spannrippen gesichert waren.
Außerdem war es etwas dreckig, nach einer Woche lagen bei Regen saubere Bettwäsche und ein paar Handtücher vor der Tür.
Waschbecken, die während unseres Aufenthalts verstopft waren und nicht repariert wurden.
