The tastefully furnished approximately 50 m² 2½-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained two-family house. Here, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the opposite shore from all rooms as well as from the outdoor areas, in a sunny and quiet location with a great outlook. However, the icing on the cake is the free use of the entire outdoor area of the landlord's hotel, about 300 meters below the apartment. It can be reached on foot just as easily as the hotel's own Enoteca. The lovingly maintained garden of the hotel with its various plants is just made for detaching from everyday life with a fantastic view of the lake and indulging in the "dolce far niente." Swimming, reading, sunbathing, eating well, and stocking up with a bottle of favorite wine for a cozy evening for two - what more could you want! On the three sunbathing lawns with a total of approximately 550 m² and the sun terrace with about 160 m², everyone can find their little refuge, with deck chairs, sun umbrellas, tables, and chairs ready for you. Your holiday home also includes free WLAN internet access and a private parking space at the house. Note: The somewhat steeper driveway is not suitable for lowered vehicles!
