On the 1st floor on the west side of our house the holiday apartment Zirm 4 is situated with a view of the Glemmtal in the direction of Saalbach. Enjoy the view of the surrounding grass mountains and flower meadows.
In summer, the balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day or just to listen to the crickets chirping.
And in the winter? On this side of the house one can enjoy the quiet and watch the snow glitter at night.
This spacious and comfortably furnished apartment is located in Vorderglemm. The center of the cozy village of Saalbach is about four kilometers away.
In our apartment with lots of living space and high-quality equipment you will feel at home. Sports equipment is in good hands in the lockable basement, and the in-house washing machine helps if something goes wrong with the children.

The Zirmhof is located in the middle of nature, just outside the center of Saalbach. The bus stop for the free hiking and ski bus is right outside the front door and the Schönleitenbahn is only 300 m away. This cable car is your entry into the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn in winter. The associated slope takes you back to the Zirmhof.
In summer, the Joker Card offers you many wonderful and free holiday moments.
By car: First in the direction of Salzburg and via Lofer to Saalbach Hinterglemm.
By public transport is of course also possible. We are happy to help.

The contract can be cancelled up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date at the latest, in which case a cancellation fee of 30 % of the accommodation price will be charged.
For cancellations less than one month before the agreed date of arrival or for no-shows, 100% of the total stay will be charged. This also applies in the case of late arrival and early departure. Cancellations are only accepted in writing!
