The villa, entirely on one level, overlooks the two imposing peaks of Monchique, Foia and Picota. The villa was completely renovated in 2021/2022. The large garden (5000m2 in total) is described as an orchard with orchards, a play area, two bathrooms and a built patio area with various sun loungers.
The villa sleeps 8-10 people, 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious attractive living room and spacious kitchen with work island and large dining table.
The covered outdoor terrace paints over a cozy lounge corner, a large outdoor dining table and views of the swimming pool with beach bar.

The center of Lagoa is about 5 minutes away and the beaches of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo about 10 minutes.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
