Beautiful detached villa with 2500m2 garden all around. Modern, with great attention to detail. The garden contains many trees and large plants which divides the lawn into sunny and shady areas. The terrace is furnished for having meals outside. Two parking spaces and very quiet throughout. The Poveromo area is a green and elegant area between Marina di Massa and Cinquale. The villas and parks around are well cared for. The sea is 1km from the sea and the beaches are sandy with bathing establishments or free beaches.
Villa Design is an independent villa with 2500m2 of garden, in the green area of Poveromo, recently renovated down to the smallest detail and furnished with stylish designer furniture. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden which offers a lot of privacy; the area of Poveromo is very quiet with many parks and gardens and is only one kilometer away from the best beaches in the area.
The villa belongs to a famous Dutch interior designer and some of the photos were taken from a magazine that dedicated an article to the house.

Mezzanine floor with eat-in kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, service bathroom, 40m2 hall/living room and large terrace with electrically retractable awning.
First floor with a double bedroom and single bedroom convertible into double, both with air conditioning and access to the balcony; bathroom with tub and shower.
Furnished terrace for outside meals.
WIFI, satellite TV, projector, washing machine, dishwasher, parking space, mosquito netting, air conditioning in the sleeping area.
Welcome kit, midweek cleaning, bath/bed linen and weekly change are included.

Key handover on arrival Saturdays between 16.00 and 19.30.
On Sundays we are open from 10.00 to 12.00.
Surcharge for other arrival times:

- 21.00 - 23.00: 50€
ARRIVAL AFTER 23.00 IS NOT POSSIBLE.
