House of the 4 star category, approx. 80m² on 2 floors, living-dining area on the ground floor. 2x bedrooms with double bed on the upper floor, all with air conditioning, satellite TV, balcony, 2x sleeping accommodation in the living/dining area/EC, 2x shower room, private terrace with sunshade, WiFi in the house and on the grounds, parking space on own land. The grounds (approx. 800m²) are beautifully landscaped with Istrian stone flooring. Besides this house, there are 2 other units on site. The house is located in the rear part, somewhat secluded and quiet. From the terrace you have direct access to the meadow and forest.
Lovely ambience and private terrace, relaxation by the 50m² pool or in the large konoba, plenty of space in the enclosed grounds, no one gets lost. Ideal location for all activities in Pula and the whole of Istria.

Situated almost on the highest point of Stinjan, it is about 1.3 km to the Puntizela beaches in front of the Brijuni islands, where there are plenty of free parking spaces. In approx. 5 km distance to the north is the picturesque Fazana from where the ferries to the Brijuni national reservat start. To the south, also in about 5 km is the colourful and historic Pula.

A flat or holiday home is only booked upon receipt of 30% deposit. Cancellation by the tenant is possible free of charge up to 2 days after booking, after that a fee of 10% of the final price will be charged, effective date is the date of receipt of payment on our account. In case of cancellation from 45 to 16 days before the date of arrival, the deposit of 30% will be forfeited. From the 15th day before the date of arrival, the total amount is due.
