The holiday home is new (built at the end of 2022), very well-equipped, and designed for a maximum of 6 people. It features a modern interior (Industrial Design) and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with rain showers), and a separate toilet. The kitchen is also very well-equipped.

The house is situated in a quiet location, almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, and also enjoys a good position close to the beach, restaurant, reception, and the indoor swimming pool. Cancellation fees
12.1 In the event of cancellation of a reservation, cancellation fees are payable. These amounts are 15% if the cancellation occurs up to three months before the arrival day, 50% between two and three months before the arrival day, 75% between one and two months before the arrival day, 90% if cancellation occurs up to one month before the arrival day, and 95% if the cancellation occurs on the arrival day of the total price.
12.2 If the tenant has not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notification, this will be treated as a cancellation.
12.3 The customer is always entitled to prove to the landlord that the landlord has suffered no damage at all or significantly less damage than the flat rate demanded by the landlord.
