The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price if the contractual services are not used, less the expenses saved by the innkeeper.
75% of the travel price in the event of no-show or cancellation 14 days to one day before arrival;
50% of the travel price if canceled 21 to 15 days before arrival;
