the apartment with 35 m² consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area and pull-out couch for 2 persons, cable TV and south-facing balcony with panoramic view. A separate bedroom with double bed, shower and WC.
Our house was renovated in spring 2020 and a new apartment was set up, which is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment has a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, both WiFi and TV are available. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the Tyrolean mountains. Storage facilities for skis and bicycles are available.
Our Lagger apartment house is only a 10-minute walk from the train station and village center. The closest cross-country ski run can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The bus stop in front of our house leads you free of charge to the ski areas and cross-country ski trails. A free village bus also takes you through the beautiful Seefeld. The 9 hole golf course is also just a few meters away from us. A free parking space is available for your car.

Von Garmisch kommend nehmen sie die Ausfahrt Seefeld-Mitte, vom Kreisverkehr die 3. Ausfahrt. Nach etwas 500m biegen sie rechts in die Nebenstraße ein. Wir sind das 2. Haus rechts.
Von Innsbruck kommend nehmen sie ebenso die Ausfahrt Seefeld-Mitte und folgen der obrigen Beschreibung.
