After 1.5 years of renovation, we have created a refuge for the highest demands in a beautiful sunny spot in Bayerisch Gmain. In the flat, which is located on the 1st floor, you can look out over the nearby spa town of Bad Reichenhall and a breathtaking mountain world. The apartment has two bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed, 180x200 cm, and the second can be used with another double bed or two single beds. The extremely high-quality eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired; it is connected to the homey living room with its Swedish stove for cozy evenings by the fire. Two bathrooms complete the luxury ensemble.

The Berchtesgadener Land offers a lot of variety for a wonderful holiday. The surrounding mountains with beautiful hiking trails invite you to explore the breathtaking nature at a slower pace. There are many lakes for sunbathing and splashing around, as well as an attractive range of sports. There's a lot on offer such as mountain biking, rafting, paragliding, and winter sports. There is also a lot of history to discover in nearby Salzburg and Berchtesgaden.
By car, take the A8 from Munich in the direction of Salzburg (A). Exit the motorway at the Bad Reichenhall exit (last exit before the state border) in the direction of Berchtesgaden. You bypass Bad Reichenhall and soon reach Bayerisch Gmain (also called the Beverly Hills of Bad Reichenhall). From here it is just a stone's throw to the accommodation.
You can easily reach us by train via the Freilassing stop, which is located just before Salzburg. Change there to the shuttle to Berchtesgaden and get off at Bayerisch Gmain. We can arrange a pick-up from the train station to your accommodation.
