This cozy house in Egmond aan Zee ensures a wonderful holiday for your family and friends. The summer house is a 1-minute walk from the beach and from the center of Egmond aan Zee, almost right next to the Egmond lighthouse. 'T Heilige Pad is a cozy summer house for 4 people which is fully equipped. A well-equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room is equipped with a lounge sofa and a cozy dining table. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with 2 x 2 single beds. If you travel with a baby, this is also no problem, there is a baby cot and baby chair available. Please note that the stairs are a bit steep. Outside on 'T Heilige pad is a cozy sitting area. Includes free parking.

Egmond aan Zee is of course known for its beautiful surroundings, with the beach and dunes as the highlight. In the pleasant village center you will find beautiful shops and no shortage of restaurants. You can walk straight into the dunes from the dune view house, great for a morning walk. The city of Alkmaar is close by.
The holiday home is easily accessible by car. The highways to Egmond aan zee are very good and easily accessible. The car can be parked next to the holiday home in a private parking space
