Cancellation policy
After a mandatory booking there will be a fee of 600,--€ starting with the date of bookkeeping entry when cancelled.
There is the following further scale:
· If you cancel the contract 120 to 92 days before the arrival, we will charge you 50% of the rental price or minimal the deposit of 600 €
. 91 to 41 days before the arrival, we will charge you 60%
· less than 40 days before the arrival, we will charge you 100%

Holiday destination
Kamilari is one of the most beautiful villages of Crete and is at the foot of the Psiloriti mountains. It is only 2,5 km away from the 20 km long Como Beach.
Kamilari has about 300 inhabitants, several very good taverns, cafes and 2 small supermarkets.
People who are looking for silence, quiet rural life, but excellent local taverns with good cretan food will feel comfortable in Kamilari.
Getting there
The most comfortable method is the arrival by plane. Meanwhile, Agean Airlines also approaches Crete in the winter (stopover in Athen).
An alternative way is the arrival by ferry, which is like a swimming hotel.
The prices will be quite the same.

Nun sind wir schon wieder eine Woche zu Hause und blicken zurück auf einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub, in ihrem liebevollen gestalteten Haus und Garten.
Von den ersten Minuten an haben wir uns wohl und fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist wunderbar aufgeteilt, der Garten ist vielfältig und wir hatten immer mal wieder Besuch von Vögeln, Libellen, Schmetterlingen und Bienchen und abends schwirren kleine Fledermäuse durch die Luft.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt, es hat an nichts gemangelt, ein Obstkorb stand zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch und Andrea war immer ansprechbar und erreichbar.
Der Pool wird alle paar Tage morgens gereinigt, aber so früh, dass wir uns nicht gestört gefühlt haben. Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme sind ausreichend vorhanden, ebenso wie Handtücher.

Wir waren wieder da. Kaum hatten wir das Auto abgestellt - waren wir gleich im perfekten Erholungsmodus. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Frau Kirmaier war immer erreichbar und es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Die
Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Man ist schnell im Ort oder auch an einem der naheliegenden Strände. Wir können das Haus Seli sehr empfehlen und freuen uns, wenn wir wieder kommen.
