The property is located in a very quiet location in Ludwigswinkel, an idyllic village in the Dahn Rockland on the edge of the "Pfälzer forrest, near the French border (Alsace).
With its almost 3000 square meters of land with old trees and a large private outdoor swimming pool are the best conditions for a relaxing nature-loving holiday with us. The center of Ludwigswinkel can be reached in about 5 minutes.
The apartment (basement apartment located on the back of the house) is accessible via a separate entrance and offers enough space for up to 4 people. The large terrace is perfect for having barbecues.

The village of Ludwigswinkel offers a park, a barefoot path also a mini golf course with a great children's playground and a tennis court, as well as an interesting sculpture trail with wood carving figures and much more.
There are versatile hiking and biking opportunities to numerous castles, bathing lakes and beautiful viewpoints. Furthermore, there are in the immediate vicinity horseback riding on fjord horses and in the whole region numerous climbing opportunities.
A very special highlight is the Biosphärenhaus with its treetop path.
