The exteriors of this amazing villa are ideal for enjoying the good weather and unwinding on the island. The private salt pool -measuring 10 x 4.5 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.7 to 1.9 metres- is perfect for cooling off after sunbathing on the 5 sun loungers available. The surrounding thatched terraces allow you to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or a barbecue for dinner. The property is fenced, and the privacy is total.
The extraordinary 2-storey house has a fantastic modern style with all the necessary comforts for your stay. On the first floor you will find the living-dining room -with air conditioning and Smart TV- which is open to the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob. Still on the first floor, you have a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, we have another living room with air conditioning and amazing views of the fields and the sea in the distance; two more bedrooms, both with a double bed and one of them with an en suite bathroom with a shower; and another bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and all bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
