The exterior of the house is a real marvel, where you will find an elevated chlorine pool, measuring 3m x 3m and 1.2m deep, which is ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on the sun loungers available while the little ones play in the garden. You can prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it all together in the outdoor dining area or extend the evenings in the company of your loved ones. The house is fenced and there are no neighbours nearby, so you will enjoy total privacy.
In the interiors of this one-storey house, you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa or have an aperitif. The kitchen is open to the living room, is gas and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you can use the two bedrooms available. Both have a double bed and AC. A bathroom with shower completes the stay. You can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
