The well-maintained and nicely furnished holiday home 36 is located about 150m from the dunes in the Bohemien Resort, surrounded by flower fields.
On the ground floor, there is the spacious bright living room with large windows featuring a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV (including 6 German channels).
The open, fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 4 electric cooking plates, filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
Spacious dining area and a small sunny conservatory.
Also on the ground floor, you will find the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third with 2 single beds. Additionally, there is a second toilet on the upper floor.

Bungalow park "Bohemien Resort" is nestled among flower fields at the foot of the dunes, just about 1 km from the long North Sea sandy beach in Sint Maartenszee. Within walking distance, you'll find a supermarket for daily needs and the amusement park "De Goudvis," featuring a large outdoor and indoor play paradise for children.
The houses in the park are individually furnished and equipped, and each has its own parking space right by the house.

Cancellations are possible at any time. In addition to the booking fee, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip 20% of the travel price
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel price
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip 90% of the travel price
If you cancel later or do not commence the trip, the entire travel price is due.
