The exterior of the house is very cosy where you can prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it with your companions on the terrace after a busy day of sightseeing around the island. It is at the foot of the street and has neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial. Even so, it is a quiet area and you will have the rest you deserve.
Inside, distributed in two floors, we find a living room with TV and a dining room prepared to make you feel at home. The gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and has direct access to the garden. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms on this floor, one with two single beds and the other with a single bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes this floor. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, which has access to a terrace where you can sunbathe or relax on sun loungers. Attached is a small sitting room with a small table where you can enjoy the views while reading a book or chatting quietly with your companions. All bedrooms have AC and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and highchair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55â¬/night and guest during the low season and 2.2â¬/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

This villa is located in the area of Bonaire just 700m from the Platja de Sant Pere and other coves that you should definitely get to know. We also encourage you to visit Alcudia which is walled and has a well preserved historic centre, surrounded by imposing medieval walls dating back to the 14th century. Strolling through the narrow cobbled streets is like stepping back in time, with historic buildings, old churches and picturesque squares evoking the history and culture of the region. It's also a great place to sample the island's gastronomy. Thursdays and Sundays are market days and the town becomes a bustling and lively place. If you prefer to enjoy the sun and the beach, you can drive to Cap de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Platges de Muro or Puerto de Pollença. None of them will disappoint you.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
