Cancellation policy
Cancellation and termination of stay If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before arrival without naming a new tenant who accepts the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata fees (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account any expenses saved if the property cannot be let to someone else: Termination/Cancellation
-up to 100 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
-up to 60 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (less than 35 days before arrival): 100% of the rental price.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee. 3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full. Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The day on which the declaration is received by the landlord is decisive. A reduction in the number of guests will not be deducted from the original rental price.
Verbal arrangements and changes are not valid for either party and must be made in writing.

From Munich: (from the A 9 towards Nuremberg, exit at Neufahrn (No. 68) onto the A 92 towards Deggendorf - exit for Landau ad Isar (No. 19) onto the B 20 towards Cham - after approx. 40-50 km take the "Sattelbogen-Rißmannsdorf-Loitzendorf-Wetzelsberg" exit - head towards Wetzelsberg - turn right into the village of Wetzelsberg - head into the centre of Wetzelsberg - turn left up the hill after the village church - then towards Eggersberg - after approx. 1-2 km turn right towards Eggersberg - it will be the first house down on the right-hand side.
2. From Nuremberg (from A 3 - via B 20):
A 3 Nuremberg towards Regensburg - take the "Straubing" exit and drive onto the B 20 towards Cham - after approx. 20-24 km take the "Sattelbogen-Rißmannsdorf-Loitzendorf-Wetzelsberg" exit and drive towards Wetzelsberg - turn right into the centre of Wetzelsberg - turn left up the hill after the village church of Wetzelsberg - head towards Eggersberg - after approx. 1-2 km turn right towards Eggersberg - it will be the first house down on the right-hand side.
3. From Passau (from A 3 - via B 20):
A 3 Passau towards "Regensburg/Nuremberg" - take the "Straubing" exit and then take the B 20 towards Cham. Wir verbrachten Silvester eine Woche im Ferienhaus von Frau Leibl mit 4 Familien und Kleinkindern.
Das Haus in Stallwang bot durch seine Hanglage und den Blick auf die Berge Ruhe und Erholung.
Die Ausstattung war durchdacht: Sauna im Nebenhaus, gepflegte Spielsachen, Küchenutensilien und vieles mehr waren vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Leibl war herzlich, zuverlässig und sehr aufmerksam.
Kleine Kritikpunkte: offene Holztreppen sind für Kleinkinder riskant, Teppiche könnten rutschfester sein. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - vielen Dank, Frau Leibl, sie leben Gastfreundlichkeit!
