Charming holiday studio "Huize Hout" in the heart of Walcheren on the edge of Grijpskerke
This new, attractive, and spacious holiday studio Huize Hout has everything you need to fully enjoy Zeeland. Thanks to the central location of this holiday home, you can go in any direction and reach various beaches and nature areas in a short time by bike. You can cycle endlessly along beautiful country roads and through pretty villages, where there is plenty to experience in terms of museums, art, culture, markets, and restaurants.
The studio is completely on the ground floor and furnished with a lot of love and style. Upon arrival, organic coffee and tea are ready for you, so your vacation can start immediately.
In the living area, you will find a luxuriously equipped kitchen with all amenities, kitchen linen is included. You can enjoy your meals at the extendable dining table or play one of the board games. On the comfortable sofa, you can relax and use the smart TV. The TV can also be rotated so you can watch from the bed.
The sleeping area can be separated from the living area by a curtain. The sleeping area is equipped with two single box spring beds. Above the sleeping area, there is a skylight, so you can sleep under the starry sky. The duvets and bed linen are made of 100% organic cotton, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
The large bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a double sink with a base cabinet. Towels made of 100% organic cotton, washcloths, and a bath mat are ready for you upon arrival.
At the back of the studio, there is a private terrace where you can enjoy your homemade breakfast or dinner in both the sun and the shade. At the front of the studio, there is a seating area available, and on the private driveway, there is space for a car and 2 bicycles, which can also be charged here.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday studio, and the studio is a non-smoking version.

6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be forced by special circumstances to cancel or terminate the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be done in writing. In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this does not succeed to the tenant's satisfaction, the landlord must, without any liability on the part of the landlord, refund all amounts paid by the tenant.
6.2.1. Cancellations and terminations must first be reported by telephone, after which you must confirm this in writing, including the rental contract, by registered mail. This letter must be addressed to Walcheren Vakanties.
6.2.2. For cancellations within 24 hours after the reservation, the option right is in effect (see point 5).
6.2.3. For cancellations after 24 hours and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.4. For cancellations between 3 months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.5. For cancellations between one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.6. For cancellations less than one week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum will be charged.
At any time, administration costs will be charged for cancellations.
6.3. After receiving a cancellation from the tenant, the landlord will create a cancellation invoice, taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled according to the content of the cancellation invoice and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.
