Over 200 years old, this magnificent holiday villa has been carefully renovated to preserve its cultural heritage while offering all the modern amenities needed for a perfect getaway. Located in the tranquil village of Žgombići above Malinska on the island of Krk, it ensures privacy and relaxation for its guests, just 1,500 meters from the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.
Villa Solaris captivates at first sight with its stone facade, reflecting authentic architecture. Inside, it enchants with a tasteful combination of rustic elements and contemporary design. The rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with high-quality furniture and modern appliances to ensure maximum comfort.
The house is divided into three levels – basement, ground floor, and first floor. The ground floor features a central communal area with a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an electric stovetop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The dining area, with its large table for six, is perfect for shared meals, while the living room, with its spacious sofa and TV, offers a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.
On the first floor are two elegant bedrooms with double beds, TVs, air conditioning, and wardrobes. The master bedroom boasts a balcony with a stunning sea view – a perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. Additionally, there are two modern bathrooms with showers, toilets, and towels. In the basement, you’ll find a guest toilet and a utility area with a washing machine and drying rack.
One of the most beautiful features of Villa Solaris is its outdoor area. Over 400 m² of landscaped Mediterranean gardens offer numerous spots for relaxation in nature. The centerpiece is the heated saltwater pool, measuring 32 m², which provides refreshment during hot summer days and relaxation in cooler months. By the pool are six comfortable sun loungers, a solar shower, and a green area with natural shade.
The outdoor area includes a summer kitchen equipped with a Weber gas grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a dining table for six. Additionally, the garden pavilion features an IR sauna with a temperature of up to 75 °C, Bluetooth connectivity, and speakers, creating a private SPA oasis. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer in the pavilion.
Villa Solaris is fully air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, covering the entire house and garden. Guests have access to free private parking for multiple vehicles, and the property is fully enclosed, ensuring complete privacy and security. Bed linens, towels, and all essential basics are included in the rental price.
