Das schöne Haus liegt in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten und des Strandes. Es ist ein wunderschön eingerichtetes, attraktives und warmes Haus. Mit genügend Platz und Ausstattung für den Aufenthalt mit einer großen Gruppe. Zwei Kühlschränke. Zwei Geschirrspüler. Gute Betten und ein schönes Schwimmbad. Wir hatten einen Familienausflug mit 11 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer für die Großeltern. Diese schöne neue Villa mit guter Lage hat alles, was eine Top-Villa ausmacht. Unser Aufenthalt entsprach jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen.
Reinigung/Hygiene könnte in einer anständigen Luxusvilla besser sein. Das Geschirr und die Gläser sind nicht sauber und die Küchenschubladen sind unordentlich und auch nicht sauber.
Die größte Enttäuschung ist der Service und die Kommunikation. E-Mails bezüglich der Buchung werden sehr langsam und nicht kundenfreundlich beantwortet! Darüber hinaus haben wir am 1. Tag Probleme mit der Heizung, dem Warmwasser und der Temperatur des Schwimmbades. Dieses Problem wird nicht ausreichend gelöst, weshalb wir die Villa am ersten Abend nicht genießen konnten.
