The house was completely renovated and furnished in 2008. There is a large south-facing terrace and a lawn for sunbathing.
The house has two bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Internet access via WiFi/WLAN is available to our guests free of charge.
As of now we are also happy to offer you the SauerlandCard. It offers free bus and train access to many excursion and hiking destinations in the Hochsauerland and in the district of Soest. On presentation of the SauerlandCard, you will also receive substantial discounts in many amusement parks, museums, sports facilities, ski areas, adventure pools and so on.

Thanks to its proximity to the "Path of the Senses", the Rothaarsteig © ,Winterberg-Hildfeld is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking. Whether it's in winter or summer, you'll never be bored here. Lake Hille is only 3 km away. Here you will find a modern water ski facility.
You will find groomed cross-country trails in the immediate vicinity on the Hochheide and in the Hilletal.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 50 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 49 days before arrival, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price. Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 80%. In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, the total price will be charged. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance
