Kitzbühel and its surroundings:300 km of hiking trails, 750 km cycling and mountain biking trails, tennis stadium, tennis courts, sports park, indoor climbing, ice skating, winter ski resort Kitzbühel, about 145 km of ski runs, snowboard park, 50 km cross country ski trails , 65 km of winter hiking trails, ski schools, curling rink, 4 golf courses.
Nearby are: golf course - Schwarzsee, cross-country slopes (sport slope, sun slope, illuminated night slope), bus stop, in a few minutes you can reach by ski-bus or by car the Fleckalmbahn (ascent to the Hahnenkamm - hugh ski resort as far as the Pass Thurn ).
In summer you can reach the lake "Schwarzsee" within a short time, a natural swimming lake with healthy moor water and its picturesque mountain scenery. Also the lake "Gieringer - Weiher" is in walking distance, a natural treasure in the Bichlach hiking area .
The cycle path passes directly by the house. Its a starting point or many beautiful hiking tours in winter and summer.

Von München kommend: Autobahn Richtung Innsbruck bis zur Ausfahrt Kufstein- Süd, weiter auf der Bundesstraße Richtung St. Johann über Scheffau, Ellmau bis Going - rechts nach Reith abbiegen - am Ortszentrum vorbeifahren bis zum Ortsteil Münichau, Haus Zierl - letztes Haus auf der rechten Seite.
Vom kleinen deutschen Eck kommend: Bundesstraße nach Lofer - weiter Richtung St. Johann, Kitzbühel - durch den Lebenberg Tunnel. Richtung Golfplatz Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee, rechts abbiegen Richtung Münichau,auf der linken Seite erste Straße- Griesbachweg 1- Haus Zierl.
